Arriving and leaving
Drop-off and pick-up
Staggered timings will be followed for drop-off and pick-up, both to keep the process orderly and to protect the timings of Asbaq.
Please arrive only at the specific time assigned to you. Punctuality allows us to manage the day efficiently and gives the children a calm, seamless experience.
Individual drop-off and pick-up timings will be shared shortly.
Your cooperation in this regard is greatly appreciated.
Day 1
Registration
Please present your digital raza letter at the registration desk.
You will be issued an ID card for your child, along with a pick-up pass for each parent.
Every day
Attendance
Your child's ID card carries a unique QR code. It must be presented and scanned twice each day — once at drop-off and once at pick-up. This helps us maintain accurate attendance records and uphold our safety protocols.
Safety
Pick-up rules
Only a parent or guardian carrying the pick-up pass will be permitted to collect a child.
At collection you may show either the printed pick-up pass or the QR gate pass in the portal. Both are accepted.
If someone else is collecting your child on a given day, change the authorised person in the portal beforehand, so the desk sees it.
Detailed instructions will be shared through the WhatsApp group.
These rules exist for the safety and security of every child, and we request your full cooperation with them.
Reaching us
Communication
Children are grouped together under one teacher in charge. You will receive the contact number of the teacher responsible for your child.
For questions, medication instructions, early pick-up and anything that is not urgent, please use the Helpdesk in the portal. It gives you a ticket you can follow, and keeps every reply in one place so nothing is missed.
For anything urgent during programme hours, WhatsApp or SMS the teacher in charge.
Please keep your phone accessible during programme hours so that we can reach you in case of an emergency.

A water bottle, labelled.
Preferred snacks, if your child is a selective eater.

Health
Allergies, medical conditions and unwell children
If your child has any allergy or medical condition, please inform the teacher in charge on Day 1, and note it in the portal so it appears on their record.
